Here is something new: a morning painting over the period of – well – nearly two weeks. I had a left-over piece of bristol paper with an ink and water-color experiment which I tore into 4 pieces. This is one of them and its progress.

At one point (#4) I had ruined the painting and had to deal with it. Amazingly is what appeared at first stood there untill the end and made the story.

How it worked: ink on left over bristol piece – gouache and more gouache and ink – clear gesso – white acrylic paint – water-color – white acrylic paint – finishing touches…
