A tiny spot.

A lesson ‘do a watercolour of the sky using the wash techniquesa’ at Sketchbook Skool with Prashant Miranda, klass 3 at semester 1 ‘beginnings’.

The view from one side to the other side of river Rhein and Cologne Cathedral. I went a bit over board with my drawing and the coloring. And I lost my concentration and my focus during my work. Because it is only a really really really tiny spot. Hardly remarkable. Only a sculpture marks where you have to look and where you can see the cathedral. More about it you’ll find here.

Die Aussicht von einer Rheinseite zur andere Seite und auf den Kölner Dom. Ich bin ausgeufert mit meiner Zeichnung und der Kolorierung. Und ich habe meine Konzentration und meinen Fokus während meiner Arbeit verloren. Denn es ist wirklich nur ein kleiner winziger absolut winziger Ausschnitt. Kaum zu erkennen. Nur eine Skulptur zeigt den Platz, wo man durchschauen muss und wo man den Dom sehen kann. Mehr dazu gibt’s hier zu lesen.
