I’m deeply absorbed of the process of noticing about my inspiring life. That means

Filling my well of inspirations and/or finding inspirations means “sometimes we have to LOOK for it.”
Making a gratitude list— “a simple list of all the things I am grateful for, big or small or in-between” – is the “most rewarding way to get present to what is true and powerful for me.”
Finishing the sentences which Flora has given shows up my “INSPIRING LIFE spelled out right in front of” me.
Listening today to the interview with Flora on the theme “living an inspiring life” makes me thinking of my life and feeling the need to re-telling my story in a positive way.

Ich bin vollkommen von der Aufgabe, mein inspirierendes Leben wahrzunehmen, aufgesogen. Im einzelnen (und einer Holterdiepolter-Übersetzung)

Das Auffüllen meiner Quelle der Inspiration und der Suche Inspirationen rings um mich rum macht es manchmal nötig danach zu gucken.
Das Erstellen einer Dankbarkeit-Liste – “Eine simple Liste über all die Dinge, für die ich dankbar bin, die großen und die Kleinen und die dazwischen” – das ist ein lohnender Weg, um wahrzunehmen, was wahrhaftig und stärkend für mich ist.”
Das Beenden der Sätze, die Flora vorgegeben hat, zeigt mein “inspirierendes Leben, wie es direkt vor mir verdeutlicht wird.”
Das Hören des heutigen Interviews mit Flora zum Thema “Ein inspiriertes Leben leben” für mich dazu, mein Leben zu überdenken und zu dem direkten Gefühl, meine Geschichte in einem positiven Weise neu zu erzählen.

So much thinking, writing and feeling. And by all that the idea of letting go comes along all days with new insights and findings. Still one day left and I’m so exhausted before the week reaches its end. At the same time I’m so exited that I could dive so deep to my soul.

So viel Denken, Schreiben und Fühlen. Und ständig begleitet mich die Idea vom Loslassen und führt zu neuen Einsichten und Erkenntnissen. Noch ein Tag bleibt von dieser Woche und ich bin erschöpft, bevor die Woche zuende ist. Gleichzeitig bin ich begeistert, dass ich so tief in mein Inneres eintauchen kann.

“Time in nature – yes please” is the name of the day or of the weekend. One of my favourite assignment… “Spend some time in nature (..) without an agenda (and ..) simply notice the magic and beauty that is all around you.” Yes, I need it. And do it as often as possible.

“Zeit in der Natur – ja, bitte” ist das Motto des Tages bzw. des Wochenendes. Das ist meine liebste Aufgabe… “Verbringe eineige Zeit in der Natur ohne eine Tagesordnung und nimm einfach die Magie und die Schönheit von allem wahr, dass um dich herum ist.” Ja, ich brauche das. Und ich tue es so oft wie möglich.
